Maintenance scope

Commercial landscape management at Executive is a complete grounds program, not a mowing route. Standard scope includes scheduled mowing, edging, and string trimming; bed maintenance with weeding, cultivating, and mulching; shrub and ornamental pruning on the correct seasonal timing; turf care including fertilization, aeration, and overseeding; spring and fall cleanups; leaf removal; and debris and litter policing on every visit so the property looks managed between visits, not just after them.

Each property receives a written scope that lists exactly what is included, how often, and in which months. That document is what our crews work from and what our quality audits are measured against, so there is never a question about what was promised.

Property types we maintain

Our programs are built for properties where appearance, safety, and reliability all matter at once: corporate campuses and office parks, healthcare facilities, schools and universities, municipal and public-facing grounds, industrial and logistics sites, retail centers, and managed HOA and multifamily communities. Each has a different rhythm, from pedestrian-heavy campuses to truck-traffic industrial perimeters, and the scope is tailored accordingly.

Annual programs and scheduling

Most clients engage us on an annual commercial contract that covers the full growing season and, where wanted, transitions directly into snow and ice management for winter. Work is scheduled on a documented maintenance calendar: irrigation start-up and enhancements in spring, turf and plant health through summer, cleanups and winter preparation in fall. Property managers can see what is planned and when, and adjust the program as the property's needs change.

Quality and communication

Every visit is documented, and properties receive regular quality audits that check the work against the written scope. Findings are assigned, tracked, and closed, so issues do not linger. You get a clear record of what was done, what is scheduled, and what we recommend next, and a single point of contact who knows your property.

Service areas

We serve commercial properties throughout Connecticut, including Fairfield County, Greater Hartford, New Haven County, the shoreline, and eastern Connecticut, and across Westchester County, New York, from our headquarters in North Haven. Every service-area page on this site describes local coverage in more detail.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer one-time cleanups, or only ongoing contracts?

Our focus is ongoing commercial management on annual programs, because that is how a property improves year over year. We do take on defined enhancement and cleanup projects for commercial clients as part of a program.

Can landscape and snow be combined in one contract?

Yes. Many clients combine the growing-season program with winter snow and ice management under one agreement so the same team that knows the property manages it year-round.

How do you handle a problem we notice on the property?

Report it to your account contact. It is logged, assigned to the crew, and tracked to closure, and you see the resolution in your property record.
