Hardscape and site services for commercial properties
Walkways, steps, retaining walls, and drainage are the parts of a property that people notice when they fail. Executive Landscaping provides masonry and exterior property services for commercial, institutional, municipal, and HOA properties across Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.
This work pairs naturally with our landscape and snow programs. The crews that maintain your property see the heaved paver or the failing step first, and the same company can fix it.
What we build and repair
Walkways and pavers: new installation, resetting heaved or settled sections, joint sand replacement, and edge restraint repair.
Walls and steps: segmental block and natural stone retaining walls, freestanding walls, entrance steps, and cheek walls, built or rebuilt to handle freeze and thaw cycles.
Repairs: concrete and masonry patching, curb and bollard work, and trip hazard removal at sidewalk joints and transitions.
Drainage solutions: catch basins, trench drains, downspout extensions, regrading, and dry wells where water pools near entrances, parking areas, or building foundations.
Site safety improvements: handrails, step lighting coordination, surface leveling, and markings that reduce slip and trip exposure.
Seasonal readiness: pre winter inspection of walking surfaces so snow and ice operations are not fighting damaged pavement.
Why property managers bundle masonry with grounds care
Hardscape issues usually show up during routine maintenance or snow service. Handling them through one accountable provider means less coordination for you, faster response, and work that is scheduled around site activity rather than around a separate contractor's calendar.
Every project is proposed with a clear scope, materials, and timeline, and documented when complete.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take on repairs only, or full installations too?
Both. We handle one off repairs as well as new walkways, walls, and drainage systems.
Can masonry work be done during the winter?
Some repairs can, depending on temperature and materials. Larger installations are scheduled for spring through fall, and we inspect in autumn so winter risks are addressed early.
Do you coordinate with property engineers or architects?
Yes. We work from provided plans when they exist and coordinate with your engineer on grading and drainage work.
